Let Us Help You Repair Your Cherished Items

We all have those objects that mean more than just their material value—a bowl from a parent, a cup from a dear friend, or a souvenir that holds a special memory. When they break, it feels like losing a piece of that story.

At HikariHarmony, we don't want you to throw those memories away. We offer a personal repair service using the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi. Our goal is simple: to help you mend what is broken and make it whole again, with care and respect for the item’s history.

How the Process Works

1. Contact Us First Before sending anything, please reach out to us. Send a few photos of the broken item so we can assess the damage and give you an honest estimate.

  • Direct Message: Chat with us directly on our website.

  • Email: support@hikariharmony.com

2. Service Fees & Shipping

  • Repair Fee: The cost depends on the size of the item and how complex the fractures are. Our minimum service fee starts at $70.

  • Shipping to us: You will cover the cost of shipping the item to our workshop in Vietnam.

  • Return Shipping: Once repaired, we will ship the item back to you for free (this covers the return postage only, not the repair fee).

3. Estimated Timeline Kintsugi is a slow and patient art. Each layer needs time to dry properly in a controlled environment. Generally, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete a restoration. We prefer to work slowly to ensure the best quality and durability for your item.

Packaging Guide (Very Important)

Since your item is already broken, it is very fragile. To prevent further damage during international shipping, please follow these steps:

  • Wrap Individually: Wrap every single shard carefully in multiple layers of bubble wrap or soft paper.

  • Fill the Gaps: Place the wrapped pieces in a sturdy box. Fill any empty spaces with packing peanuts, crumpled paper, or foam so nothing moves when the box is shaken.

  • Double Box: If the item is very delicate, place the first box inside a slightly larger second box with extra padding in between.

Our Workshop Address

Once we have confirmed your order, please send your package to:

  • Recipient: HikariHarmony

  • Address: No. 34, Lane 521 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

We look forward to helping you give your beloved items a second life.
