Please note that due to the meticulous nature of Kintsugi craftsmanship, our order fulfillment process takes up to 14 days; Your data will be actively used during this period to keep You updated on the restoration and crafting progress.

  • To contact You: To contact You by email or other forms of electronic communication regarding updates, crafting progress, or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Due to the custom nature of our Kintsugi pieces and the 14-day handling period, data related to specific orders will be retained strictly to fulfill the craftsmanship process, resolve any subsequent disputes, and enforce our legal agreements.
