Thank you for choosing HikariHarmony. We understand that Kintsugi art pieces are fragile and carry profound sentimental value. We are committed to ensuring your piece arrives safely, transparently, and with the highest level of care.

1. Free International Shipping We are delighted to offer Free Standard International Shipping on all HikariHarmony orders. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (US Customers) For our customers in the United States, we cover all import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. The price you pay at checkout is final. You will not experience any unexpected charges or hold-ups when your package arrives in the US. (For customers outside the US, local import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations).

3. Order Tracking & Preparation Your tracking number will be generated and provided to you around day 4 after your purchase. At this stage, your order is entering the final packaging and preparation phase for dispatch. Please allow a few days for the tracking status to update online as the package is processed and handed over to our international carrier.

4. Actual Dispatch & Our Communication Promise Because true Kintsugi is a meticulous art form, our complete crafting and curing process takes 10 to 14 days. Once your piece has fully cured and is physically handed over to the carrier, we will send you a personalized email update. This email serves to:

  • Thank you for your patience and appreciation of the slow art of Kintsugi.

  • Confirm that your package is officially in transit.

  • Remind you that it will take approximately 1 week to reach the US border. Your tracking link will officially begin updating with live status once the package is scanned at the US destination warehouse. We send this reminder so you know exactly when to start keeping an eye out for your beautiful delivery.

5. Total Shipping Time Once dispatched, the standard transit time to the US is approximately 14 days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 28 to 30 days (Crafting + Shipping). Please note that while we cover all US customs fees, occasional delays at the border or due to weather are outside of our control.

6. Our 6-Step Secure Packaging Process To guarantee the safe global transit of our delicate ceramics, every piece undergoes a rigorous packaging process:

  1. Scratch Prevention: Wrapped in soft Kraft paper to protect the glaze and gold joints.

  2. Shock Absorption: Securely wrapped in PVE film and premium bubble wrap.

  3. Hard Shell Protection: Placed into a custom-fit, thin engineered wooden box for maximum impact resistance without excess weight.

  4. Double Cushioning: The wooden box is wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy corrugated carton.

  5. Exterior Cushioning: An additional layer of bubble wrap is applied outside the carton.

  6. Weatherproofing: Fully sealed with heavy-duty, waterproof tape to prevent any moisture penetration.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact support@hikariharmony.com immediately so we can fix it before dispatch.
