We would like to share the journey your product takes to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep, no matter how far the distance.

Our 3-Step Protection Process

Step 1: The Initial Shield First, we wrap each piece in high-quality Kraft paper to protect the surface. Then, we apply a thick layer of shock-absorbent wrap. We adjust the thickness so the product fits perfectly inside its inner box, ensuring there is zero rattling or movement during transit.

Step 2: The Core Fortress Your item is then placed into a thick wooden box. This wooden layer acts as a fortress, protecting the ceramic from external pressure. We tape the wooden box securely and place it inside a 5-layer heavy-duty carton box—one of the strongest shipping boxes available.

Step 3: The Final Seal We add extra shock protection inside the carton box to fill any remaining gaps. Finally, we seal the box with strong tape, ensuring it is neat, square, and ready to withstand the rigors of international shipping.
